The study seeks to understand the drivers and barriers for horizontal coordination among humanitarian organizations from both practitioners and academics sources. It identifies four categories of factors environmental factors, factors associated with donors’ role, interorganizational factors and organizational factors influencing coordination effort among humanitarian organizations.
