In this paper, we consider the generalized Fibonacci p-numbers and then we give the generalized Binet formula, sums, combinatorial representations and generating function of the generalized Fibonacci p-numbers. In 1985 Simion and Schmidt showed that the number of permutations in Sn which avoid 132, 213, and 123 is equal to the Fibonacci number Fn+1. Estimates show that the limit is close to 0.08, that is, about eight percent of all words are good.
In this paper Fibonacci sequences of quaternions are introduced, generalizing Fibonacci sequences over commutative rings, and properties of such sequences are investigated. In particular we are concerned with two kinds of Fibonacci sequences of generalized quaternions over finite fields Fp, with p an odd prime, and their periods.
