Sclerotium cepivorum Berkleyが引き起こすネギ黒腐菌核病の防除のため,春どり作型におけるセル成型育苗トレイ灌注処理に適する殺菌剤について土壌消毒を実施しない圃場で検証した。殺菌剤はペンチオピラド水和剤,ピラジフルミド水和剤,インピルフルキサム水和剤およびマンデストロビン水和剤の合計4種類を比較した。4種類のうちピラジフルミド20%水和剤は,100倍液のセル成型育苗トレイ灌注処理によって感染,発病期間が長く,被害の最も大きい春どり作型において優れた防除効果を示した。本剤のセル成型育苗トレイ灌注処理により,ネギ茎盤部および茎盤部近傍葉鞘部では,病原菌の感染を抑制し得る十分量のピラジフルミドが感染適期に維持されていることを確認した。
