A case of acute sarcoidosis associated with the simultaneous appearance of cutaneous leucocytoclastic vasculitis and erythema nodosum is reported. Circulating immune complexes were demonstrated and may have been important in the pathogenesis of both types of skin lesion.

There is a high association of reactive skin presentations, mainly limited cutaneous vasculitis in patients with cystic fibrosis and Burkholderia cepcia complex chronic infection. This may be due to raised levels of circulating inflammatory mediators.

Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is a rare cutaneous manifestation in multiple myeloma and only twenty cases have been described to date. We report an unusual case with kappa IgA 63 years old woman presented leukocytoclastic type of digital necrosis leg ulcer. The seems be paraneoplastic as skin lesions regressed following treatment.

This is a case report of cutaneous myiasis due to Dermatobia hominis in a female physician who had travelled to Belize. Cutaneous myiasis is endemic in Central and South America but is seldom reported from the Caribbean islands.
