In this paper, we present a new method for solving Reproducing Kernel Space (RKS) theory, and iterative algorithm for solving Generalized Burgers Equation (GBE) is presented. The analytical solution is shown in a series in a RKS, and the approximate solution u(x,t) is constructed by truncating the series. The convergence of u(x,t) to the analytical solution is also proved.

In this paper, the reduced differential transform method (RDTM) is applied to various nonlinear evolution equations, Korteweg–de Vries Burgers' (KdVB) equation, Drinefel’d–Sokolov–Wilson equations, coupled Burgers equations and modified Boussinesq equation. Approximate solutions obtained by the RDTM are compared with the exact solutions. The present results are in good agreement with the exact ...

A continuum limit of the non-Hermitian spin-1/2 chain, conjectured recently to belong to the universality class of the noisy Burgers or, equivalently, Kardar-Parisi-Zhang equation, is obtained and analyzed. The Galilean in-variance of the Burgers equation is explicitly realized in the operator algebra. In the quasi-classical limit we nd nonlinear soliton excitations exhibiting the ! / k z dispe...

In this paper, a complete analytical resolution of the one dimensional Burgers equation with the elastic forcing term -k2x + f(t), k is an element of R is presented. Two methods existing for the case K=0 are adapted and generalized using variable and functional transformations, valid for all values of space and time. The emergence of a Fokker-Planck equation in the method allows the establishme...

The Burgers’ equation is one of the typical nonlinear evolutionary partial differential equations. In this paper, a mesh-free method is proposed to solve the Burgers’ equation using the finite difference and collocation methods. With the temporal discretization of the equation using C-N scheme, the solution is approximated spatially by Radial Basis Function (RBF). The numerical results of two d...

Capillary networks are essential in vertebrates to supply tissues with nutrients. Experiments of in vitro capillary formation show that cells randomly spread on a gel matrix autonomously organize to form vascular networks. Cells form disconnected networks at low densities and connected ones above a critical density. Above the critical density the network is characterized by a typical mesh size ...

We consider finite dimensional spectral approximations of Burgers equation when the solution is given by a shock. We evaluate the subgrid term for different definitions of a desired numerical solution, made precise by the choice of a filter. In this regard, we consider the sharp cutoff filter and exponential filters. The latter is specially useful in generating solutions with reduced Gibbs osci...
