introduction: hospital has a complex and special structure and the important question that hospital management facing with is how technology can change structure. in the near future, no factor like it is able to change the structure of organization. this research is a way to know the effect of it on triple dimensions of organization structure includes complexity, formalization, and centralizati...

An unprecedented, 22-valence-electron triple-decker sandwich complex [(Cp*Mo)2{μ-η(6):η(6)-B4H4Ru2(CO)6}], 2, has been prepared. In an effort to generate analogous triple-deckers with group 6 metal carbonyl fragments in the middle deck, we have isolated [(Cp*MoCO)2(μ-H)2B4H4], 3, that provides the first direct evidence for the missing link between [(Cp*MoCl)2B3H7] and [(Cp*Mo)2B5H9] clusters.

Through the triple–alpha process practically all of the carbon in our universe is synthesized as the ash of helium burning in red giants. The triple–alpha process proceeds trough the ground state of Be and though the 02+–state in C. We investigate the dependence of 02+–state and the production of carbon as a function of the strength of the underlying nucleon–nucleon interaction. This is perform...

We present numerical solutions of a two-dimensional Riemann problem for the unsteady transonic small disturbance equations that provides an asymptotic description of the Mach reflection of weak shock waves. We develop a new numerical scheme to solve the equations in selfsimilar coordinates and use local grid refinement to resolve the solution in the reflection region. The solutions contain a re...

In order to determine the causal agents of Fusarium head blight, during 2015–16, wheat heads with disease symptom were collected from 10 and six main wheat production areas of Golestan and Mazandaran provinces (N Iran), respectively. A total of 431 Fusarium isolates were obtained belonging to nine Fusarium species based on their morphological characteristics. Fusarium graminearum species comple...

Previous work on group I introns has suggested that a central base triple might be more important for the first rather than the second step of self-splicing, leading to a model in which the base triple undergoes a conformational change during self-splicing. Here, we use the well-characterized L-21 ScaI ribozyme derived from the Tetrahymena group I intron to probe the effects of base-triple disr...

The literature on occlusive thrombi of the auricles has been reviewed in order to identify the symptom complex attributed to this condition. The clinicopathological findings are presented in four new cases which fit this symptom complex. Two cases are notable in that one is that of a ball thrombus occurring in the absence of mitral stenosis and another the first reported case of pedunculated th...

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a common and disabling symptom complex reported by survivors. This study aimed to better understand the manifestations of CRF in women treated for breast cancer, and to compare them with those of women diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Women with CRF persisting 6 months after treatment for early stage breast cancer, and women with CFS participated in...
