Pancreatic cancer is one of common malignant neoplasms. It characterized by poor prognosis and high mortality, which mainly due to detection in an advanced stage. This review presents epidemiological clinical characteristics pancreatic cancer, as well current strategies systemic treatment disease, including first- second-line chemotherapy, molecularly targeted therapies immunotherapy.
