We are concerned with solving aane variational inequalities deened by a linear map A and a polyhedral set C. Most of the existing pivotal methods for such inequalities or mixed linear complementarity problems depend on the existence of extreme points in C or a certain non{singularity property of A with respect to the lineality of C. In this paper, we prove that if A is copositive{plus with resp...

The normal map has proven to be a powerful tool for solving generalized equations of the form: find ; £ C, with 0 e F{z) + NiAz). where C is a convex set and Nr(z) is the normal cone to C at ;. In this paper, we use the 7"-map, a generalization of the normal map, to solve equations of the more general form: find : E dom(r), with 0 ^ E(z) + T(z). where T is a maximal monotone multifunction. We p...

We investigate int-amplified endomorphisms on normal projective surfaces. prove that the output of equivariant MMP is either a Q-abelian surface, (equivariant) quasi-étale quotient smooth Mori dream space, or cone an elliptic curve.

Electroretinography (ERG) is a reliable diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of retinal disease. It measures electric potentials occurring in the retina in response to light stimulation. In this study, we examined the normal electroretinogram using the Handheld Multispecies ERG (HMsERG) in Shih Tzu dogs. ERG recordings were performed in twelve eyes of six healthy Shih Tzu dogs. Dogs were anestheti...

In this paper we introduce the cone bounded linear mapping and demonstrate a proof to show that the cone norm is continuous. Among other things, we prove the open mapping theorem and the closed graph theorem in TVS-cone normed spaces. We also show that under some restrictions on the cone, two cone norms are equivalent if and only if the topologies induced by them are the same. In the sequel, we...

We investigate the derivation of disjunctive conic cuts for mixed integer second order cone optimization (MISOCO). These conic cuts characterize the convex hull of the intersection of a disjunctive set and the feasible set of a MISOCO problem. We present a full characterization of these inequalities when the disjunctive set considered is defined by parallel hyperplanes.

In this paper, we consider the normal projective complex surface X which has at most klt (=Kawamata log terminal singularities) as its singularities and KX ≡ 0. The aim of this paper is to prove that there is a finite rational polyhedral cone which is a fundamental domain for the action Aut(X) on the rational convex hull of its ample cone. 0. Introduction Let X be a normal projective complex su...

Mutations in the cellular retinaldehyde-binding protein (CRALBP, encoded by RLBP1) can lead to severe cone photoreceptor-mediated vision loss in patients. It is not known how CRALBP supports cone function or how altered CRALBP leads to cone dysfunction. Here, we determined that deletion of Rlbp1 in mice impairs the retinal visual cycle. Mice lacking CRALBP exhibited M-opsin mislocalization, M-c...

A transgenic mouse has been generated with three cone types, instead of the normal murine two. Remarkably, some of these mice use the extra cone to make trichromatic color discriminations similar to those that are the basis of human color vision.

The notion of triple fixed point was introduced by V.Berinde and M.Borcut [8] and obtained some fixed point theorems in partially ordeded metric spaces. In this paper, we obtain a unique common triple fixed point theorem in partially ordered cone metric spaces in which cone is not necessarilly normal and also mention one supported example.
