در بسیاری از نقاط جهان به خصوص در کشور ما ایران ، ویران کننده ترین خطر طبیعی برای ابنیه ارتعاشات ناشی از زلزله است . روش زمان دوام روشی نسبتا جدید برای طراحی سازه ها بر اساس عملکرد می باشد . در این پایان نامه سه سازه ی بتنی با روش زمان دوام تحلیل شده و نتایج به دست می آیند . همچنین مقایسه ای بین نتایج به دست آمده و نتایج حاصل از تحلیل بار افزون انجام می گیرد .
