We study in this paper the possible influence of vacuum fluctuations on photo detection and its background noise Bell tests. analyze consequences standard statistical analysis data showing that it is not fulfilled anymore conventional hypothesis a Poisson like probability density distribution single photodetection events. assume are due to real measurable fluctuating fields, as recently confirm...
In this paper, we propose a new delay-dependent stability criterion for dynamic systems with time-varying delays and nonlinear perturbations. Based on the Lyapunov method, a sufficient delay-dependent criterion for asymptotic stability is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of our result. 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
In this paper we study some nonlinear Pachpatte type integral inequalities on time scales by using a Bihari type inequality. Our results unify some continuous inequalities and their corresponding discrete analogues, and extend these inequalities to dynamic inequalities on time scales. Furthermore, we give some examples concerning our results.
Using a technique of monotonization, this paper investigates a generalized GronwallBellman type delay integral inequality with two independent variables on time scales. The result not only unifies some continuous inequalities and their discrete analogues but also extends some known integral inequalities on time scales. An application to the estimation of solutions of delay dynamic integral equa...
The Kuznets curve postulates a dynamic relationship between growth and income inequality for a given economy. These two aggregate phenomena are linked through compositional changes in individual characteristics when self-selection is constrained by personal wealth. This paper attempts to identify the crucial characteristics associated with this dynamic relationship, by studying the evolution of...
This paper analyses levels and trends in within-country income inequality during the second-half of the 20th century. Two broad general trends were visible: beginning in the 1950s and 1960s inequality declined substantially in most countries, and in the 1980s and 1990s it increased more variably and more slightly. However, we focus here on presenting and explaining the distinct ‘macroregional’ ...
Health Inequality Can be defined as Differences Variations and Disparities in Achieving Health across a Group of People. These Disparities have become a Major and Main Public Health Concern and Most Countries Seek to reduce this Desperation by Putting in Place Policies. Policies and Interventions Which Directly Address the Social and Economic Factor that Drive Health Inequalities are Likely to ...
Background Exploring changes in health inequality and its determinants over time is of policy interest. Accordingly, this study aimed to decompose inequality in neonatal mortality into its contributing factors and then explore changes from 1995-2000 to 2005-2010 in Iran. Methods Required data were drawn from two Iran’s demographic and health survey (DHS) conducted in 2000 and 2010. Normalized...
