We develop a spectral sequence for the homotopy groups of Loday constructions with respect to twisted cartesian products in case where group involved is discrete. show that commutative Hopf algebra spectra are stable, generalizing result by Berest, Ramadoss and Yeung, but prove several truncated polynomial rings reduced coefficients not stable investigating their torus homology.
