要旨: 慢性耳鳴に対する治療として, 教育的カウンセリングや音響療法, 認知行動療法などが行われており, 特に難聴を伴う耳鳴に対しては補聴器による音響療法も普及してきている。今回, 難聴を伴う慢性耳鳴に対して宇都宮方式聴覚リハビリテーションで補聴器調整を行った症例95例を対象とし, 耳鳴改善効果について評価した。治療前の平均 THI 値は55±24点であったが, 治療開始3カ月後の平均 値は22±23点, 治療開始1年間の 最低値の平均は14±18点であり, 治療前と比較し有意に低下した。THI 値低下率は75%, 全症例の92%で 値が軽症化または20点以上の低下を認め, 難聴を伴う慢性耳鳴に対する補聴器による音響療法は有効な治療法であると考えられた。また両側耳鳴・片側耳鳴群では 値低下率に有意差は認めなかった。聴力左右差が20dBHL 以上の症例では, 20dBHL 未満の症例と...
