A case of sudden onset of severe respiratory distress is reported. Appropriate clinical and roentgenologic findings suggested foreign body aspiration. The foreign body was removed by fiberoptic rigid bronchoscope. Bronchoscopic, histopathologic, and microbiologic findings revealed that the foreign body was a granulomatous mass originating from endobronchial tuberculosis.

We present some recent developments involving inequalities for the ADM-mass and capacity of asymptotically flat manifolds with boundary. New, more general proofs of classic Euclidean estimates are also included. The inequalities are rigid and valid in all dimensions, and constitute a step towards proving the Riemannian Penrose inequality in arbitrary dimensions.

A 27 year old HIV infected man presented with two days of haemoptysis. Flexible bronchoscopy revealed a large carinal mass partially obstructing the left and right main stem bronchi. Rigid bronchoscopy was required to make the diagnosis of large cell immunoblastic lymphoma.

We study strange dibaryons based on the SU(2)-embedded B = 2 toroidal soliton. Treating the excursions of the soliton into strange directions as small rigid oscillations, we obtain a good approximation to the bound state approach. We calculate the dibaryon mass formula to order 1/N and find that the doubly strange I = J = 0 dibaryon is bound by about 90MeV.
