در این تحقیق نانوذرات اکسید آهن به روش سل-‍زل و هیدروترمال تولید شده و خواص آنها به وسیله تکنیک های xrd, ft-ir, uv-vis مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. باتهیه خمیر از نانوذرات به دست آمده این خمیر بر روی بستر رسانای fto لایه نشانی شد. فرایند تجزیه نوری آب تحت تابش نور لامپ جیوه و تنگستن با تکنیک فوتوالکتروشیمیایی بر روی فیلم های به دست آمده بررسی شد.
