In this paper we define a many-valued semantics for hybrid logic and we give a sound and complete tableau system which is prooftheoretically well-behaved, in particular, it gives rise to a decision procedure for the logic. A Hybrid Monte Carlo method (HMC) method is proposed in this article for estimating the system reliability of a stochastic network without needing to know all of the minimal pathsets/cutsets (MPs/MCs) in advance.
