Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a frequent aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, representing nearly 30-40% all cases. Fewer than 100 cases have been reported in the literatureand to our knowledge this may be the first reported case of laryngeal non Hodgkin lymphoma presented with hoarseness, aortic aneurysm, hepatitis B and skin rashes.
