Recently it has been argued that autocatalytic theory could be applied to the origin of culture. Here possible application to a theory of meaning in the philosophy of language, called radical interpretation, is commented upon and compared to previous applications.

This paper presents the evolution of the ideas contained in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, and how these were captured in textual form in different drafts of the agreement. As a witness to this evolution, the author intends to present a description and interpretation from his perspective. This paper does not intend to reopen the discussion on matters already decided in the Paris Agreement.

Interpretation Reconciled

We introduce two abstraction mechanisms for streamlining the process of semantic interpretation. Configurational descriptions of dependency graphs increase the linguistic generality of interpretation schemata, while interfacing them to lexical and conceptual inheritance hierarchies reduces the amount and complexity of semantic specifications.
