We describe a case of the filarial dance sign (FDS) in the epididymal region of a 22-year-old migrant worker from India who presented with a tender right scrotal swelling. Sonographic examination revealed multiple cystic lesions in the paratesticular region. The FDS was visualized within one of the cystic lesions. FDS is diagnostic of lymphatic filariasis in the appropriate clinical context.

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this essay is to illustrate the imaging findings of congenital cystic lesions of the biliary tract. CONCLUSION Congenital cystic lesions of the biliary tract include ductal plate malformations and choledochal cysts and can be recognized with characteristic imaging findings and basic knowledge of the embryologic development of the biliary tree.

Hidrocystomas, eccrine or apocrine, are rare ductal cystic benign lesions of sweat gland. They are mainly found on the head and neck region. These uncommon cystic lesions are extremely rare in external ear.
