Trong nghiên cứu này, vật liệu nano ZnFe2O4 được tổng hợp thành công bằng phương pháp thủy nhiệt kết với nung. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình như thời gian nhiệt, độ và nung đã khảo sát. Vật đặc trưng nhiễu xạ tia X (XRD), hiển vi điện tử quét (SEM), phổ hồng ngoại (FT-IR) hấp phụ/khử phụ ni tơ (BET). Kết quả cho thấy tinh thể spinel có trật tự cao ở 120 °C, 24 h 500 °C.

An ultrasound-assisted, precipitation-deposition method has been developed to synthesise visible-light-responsive BiOBr-ZnFe(2)O(4) heterojunction photocatalysts. The heterojunctions with suitable BiOBr/ZnFe(2)O(4) ratios have a fascinating micro-spherical morphology and exhibit exceptional photocatalytic activity in visible-light degradation of Rhodamine B.

ساختار میکروسکوپی و خواص مغناطیسی نانوذرات فریت روی (znfe2o4) که به روش عملیات گرمایی ساخته شده بود، به وسیله طیف سنجی موزبائر مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. با افزایش دمای تفجوشی در صد فاز دوتایی ها رو به کاهش و درصد فاز شش تایی ها رو به افزایش است که باعث انتقال یونهای fe+3 و zn+2 به ترتیب به سایتهای چهار وجهی و هشت وجهی می شود.
