گونه Astragalus borujenensis از ایران به عنوان گونه جدید شرح داده شده و به تصویر کشیده می‌شود. این گونه متعلق به بخش Ammodendron و شبیه گونه A. podolobus است، اما با آن در پایک، رنک ، نوع کرک و آرایش نیام تفاوت دارد. تصویر SEM سطح دانه گونه‌های Astragalus borujenensis و A. podolobus نشان داده می‌شود. گونه Astragalus filifiliolatus از sect.
