An ultra-wideband mixer using standard complementery metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology was first proposed in this paper. This broadband mixer achieves measured conversion gain of 11 1 5 dB with a bandwidth of 0.3 to 25 GHz. The mixer was fabricated in a commercial 0.18m CMOS technology and demonstrated the highest frequency and bandwidth of operation. It also presented better gain-ban...
Identity Mixer is an anonymous credential system developed at IBM that allows users for instance to prove that they are over 18 years old without revealing their name and birthdate. This privacy-friendly technology is realized using zero-knowledge proofs. We describe a formal model of Identity Mixer that is well-suited for automated protocol verification tools in the spirit of black-box cryptog...
growing demands and requires of high data rate systems cause significant increase of high frequency systems for wideband communication applications. as mixers are one of the main blocks of each receivers and its performance has great impact on receiver’s performance; in this thesis, a new solution for ku-band (12-18 ghz) mixer design in tsmc 0.18 µm is presented. this mixer has high linearity a...
Mixer is one of the significant components of the radio frequency transceiver that translate baseband signal into RF and vice versa. In this paper, 2.4 GHz double balanced Gilbert Cell Mixer topology was simulated to study its important properties such as Conversion Gain, Linearity, Noise Figure and Port Isolation. Further, a band pass filter is added in to the design at IF port so as to reject...
A 1.9 GHz (RF) down conversion mixer has been designed in a standard 0.25μ CMOS process. The local oscillator (LO) frequency is at 1.85 GHz. The mixer provides a voltage gain of 2.133 dB while drawing a current of 5.2 mA from a 2.5 V supply. The IIP3 of the mixer is 5.123 dBm and the -1dB compression is at -5.83 dBm. Detailed design process and simulation results are presented in this report.

This paper presents a compact hybrid G-band (170–260 GHz) heterodyne receiver module incorporating both Millimeter Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) and Schottky diode-based circuit. An on-chip sextupler Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), along with Sub-Harmonic Mixer (SHM), are integrated into the demonstrated singular module, which is carefully designed arranged co-simulations in electromagnetic ...
An experimental study of a balanced mixer based on 2A116A-1 diodes was carried out.Conversion losses were measured in the input frequency range 2450 ± 45 MHz during downconversion to an intermediate 2125 MHz. Conversion loss does not exceed 20 dB anarrow band 2440±10 The amplitude characteristic taken, from which itcan be seen that it is linear for signals up 0 dBm (1 mW). dependence conversion...
