This paper generalizes to nonlinear evolutionary processes on a metric space the well-known results connecting measurability and continuity properties with respect to time of linear semigroups of continuous operators on a Banach space.

We give characterizations for the (in ZFC unprovable) sentences “Every Σ12–set is measurable” and “Every ∆ 1 2–set is measurable” for various notions of measurability derived from well–known forcing partial orderings.

We employ the Margenau-Hill (MH) correspondence rule for associating classical functions with quantum operators to construct quasi-probability mass functions.
