Rotation correction is a part of alignment and levelling phase orthodontic treatment. Rotations, if left untreated, could cause functional, aesthetic periodontal problems. There are various methods indicated to correct tooth rotations. This case report describes one such method for severely rotated palatally displaced lateral incisor.
