Wear is the most important problem of moldboard plowshares. Because of cutting the soil, intensity of wear at the front portion of share is large and the effect of its wear on plow performance is considerable. In this research wear of the front portion of moldboard plowshares with respect to distance worked was studied. Wear of cylindrical specimens which were attached to the front portion of ...

Background: Glycation of proteins is a non-enzymatic spontaneous process that occurs in diabetes mellitus and aging, altering the structure and function of proteins. IgG undergoes glycation leading to changes in its reactivity to antigen and fixation of complement. Objective: This study aimed at revealing the effect of glycation on the interaction of IgG with anti-IgG using electroimmunoassay...
In this paper we prove a common fixed point theorem for two fuzzy mappings defined on metric spaces. These mappings are assumed to satisfy certain contractive inequality involving functions which are generalizations of altering distance functions. We also note that this fuzzy fixed point result is derivable from a multi-valued fixed point result.
In this paper, we obtain some common fixed point theorems for four fuzzy mappings in complete ordered metric linear spaces. These mappings are assumed to satisfy certain contractive inequality involving functions which are generalizations of altering distance functions. We also note that this fuzzy fixed point result is derivable from a multi-valued fixed point result.
Recent experiments have revealed the existence of subcellular gradients of signalling molecules. A new modelling study shows that changes in cell shape or size allow gradient-controlled pathways to be turned on or off simply by altering the distance between the signal source and targets.
