In this paper we compare the performance of MgB2 Hot-Electron Bolometer Mixers operating at Local Oscillator frequencies of 0.6 THz and 1.63 THz. The minimum noise temperatures that were obtained are 700 K and 1150 K for 0.6 THz and 1.63THz respectively. در این پایان نامه نانو ذرات اکسید گادولونیم به روش ساده احتراقی ساخته شدند و به عنوان ناخالصی به ابررسانای ybco افزوده شدند که در اثر آن نانو ذرات وارد ساختار ابررسانای ybco نشدند و به عبارتی با آن واکنش بخصوصی ندادند و فاز جدید درست نکردند همچنین با افزایش ناخالصی نانو ذرات به ابررسانای ybco دمای گذار ابررسانایی کاهش مییابد.
