One of the methods for solving definite integrals is modified trapezoid method, which is obtained by using Hermitian interpolation (see e.g. [12]). In this article, we have used modified trapezoid quadrature method and Generalized differential to solve the Fredholm fuzzy integral equations of the second kind. This method leads to solve fuzzy linear system. Finally the proposed method is illustr...
an ecient method, based on the legendre wavelets, is proposed to solve thesecond kind fredholm and volterra integral equations of hammerstein type.the properties of legendre wavelet family are utilized to reduce a nonlinearintegral equation to a system of nonlinear algebraic equations, which is easilyhandled with the well-known newton's method. examples assuring eciencyof the method and ...
in this paper we consider a nonlinear two-phase stefan problem in one-dimensional space. the problem is mapped into a nonlinear volterra integral equation for the free boundary.
The paper presents a method for constructing the characteristic equation of SISO linear periodic dynamical systems with distributed delay. The construction bases on a description in frequency domain, and a relation between the characteristic function of the periodic system and the Fredholm denominator of an associated Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. Using the Fredholm calculus, p...
the purpose of this paper is to study the fuzzy fractional differentialequations. we prove that fuzzy fractional differential equation isequivalent to the fuzzy integral equation and then using this equivalenceexistence and uniqueness result is establish. fuzzy derivative is considerin the goetschel-voxman sense and fractional derivative is consider in theriemann liouville sense. at the end, we...
A Fredholm second kind integral equation (SKIE) formulation is constructed for the Dirichlet problem of the biharmonic equation in three dimensions. A fast numerical algorithm is developed based on the constructed SKIE. Its performance is illustrated via several numerical examples.
The two-point time and temperature dependent correlation functions for the XX0 one-dimensional model in constant magnetic field are represented (in the thermodynamical limit) as Fredholm determinants of linear integral operators.
Two methods for computing numerical conformai mappings are compared. The first, due to Symm, uses a Fredholm integral equation of the first kind while the other, due to Lichtenstein, uses a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. The two methods are tested on ellipses with different ratios of major to minor axes. The method based on the integral equation of the second kind is superior if...
