Çeruminous gland adenoma is a rare benign neoplasm of external auditory canal. This tumor involves middle age patients which can leads to hearing impairment. Since occationally it undergoes malignant degeneration, hence wide local excision is recommended. Here, one case of ceruminous gland adenoma is presented and characteristics of benign and malignant ceruminous gland neoplasm is discussed.
