In this paper, we propose a new sampled-data controller for stabilization of the attitude dynamics at desired constant configuration. The design is based on discrete-time interconnection and damping assignment (IDA) passivity-based control (PBC) recently proposed Hamiltonian representation nonlinear dynamics.
