The characteristics of the non-uniform glow discharge with the effect of the hollow cathode (EHC), on which the chosen regimes of nitriding the surface of titanium alloy VT6 are considered. Experimental results of the influence of inhomogeneous plasma in a pulsed regime of processing on the structure and microhardness of the treated surface are resulted.
