A new genus Amphignokachinia Brysz & Szwedo, gen. n. and species subversa sp. of Achilidae (Hemiptera) planthoppers the tribe Amphignomini are described. It is second first fossil representative coming from Cenomanian amber in Kachin State, Myanmar. Diagnosis revised its position respect fossils family discussed.
