500 cases of Esophago-Gastroscopy were evaluated at the Shahid Moddares teaching and research medical center. Endoscopic diagnosis were: 38% Gastritis, 24% Duodenal Ulcer, 8% Esophageal Carcinoma, 6% Gastric Carcinoma, 6% Gastric Ulcer, 6% Hiatal Hernia, 3% Esophageal Varises. In 68% of these cases Gastroscopy findings were in Agreement with Radiology reports.
