The metal atom lies on a special position of site symmetry. In the title compound, [Co(C(4)H(9))(C(14)H(11)N(2)O(2))(2)(C(5)H(5)N)], the Co(III) atom is coordinated by a butyl group, a nitro-gen-bonded pyridine and two N,N'-bidentate diphenyl-glyoximate ligands in a distorted octa-hedral geometry. The crystal structure features two short O-H⋯O bridges between the two chelating anions, with O⋯O distances less than 2.5 Å.
