Small variations in how a task is designed can lead humans to trade off one set of strategies for another. In this paper we discuss our failure to model such tradeoffs in the Blocks World task using ACT-R s default mechanism for selecting the best production among competing productions. ACT-R s selection mechanism, its expected value equation, has had many successes (see, for example [Anderson,...

The intersection graph $mathbb{Int}(A)$ of an $S$-act $A$ over a semigroup $S$ is an undirected simple graph whose vertices are non-trivial subacts of $A$, and two distinct vertices are adjacent if and only if they have a non-empty intersection. In this paper, we study some graph-theoretic properties of $mathbb{Int}(A)$ in connection to some algebraic properties of $A$. It is proved that the fi...
Background: Evolutional failure can happen in various dimensions of infant’s growth consisting in word, act and behaviour and lead to appear difficults as delay in speaking, brain paralysis, mental lag etc. The purpose of this study is determination and identification of risk factors in infant’s growth parameters using quantile regression analysis. Methods: In this cross-sectional ...

The properties relevant to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of four series of synthesized s-triazine derivatives have been studied by Quantitative structure-retention relationship (QSRR) approach. The chromatographic behavior of these compounds was investigated by using reversed-phase high performance thin-layer chromatography (RP-HPTLC). Chromatographic retention (RM0) was correlated with...
In this paper we define C-induced action graph G(S,a,C;A) corresponding to a semigroup act (S,a,A) and subset C of S. This generalizes many interesting graphs including Cayley Graph groups semigroups, Transformation Graphs (TRAG), Group Action (GAG), Derangement Graphs, Directed Power Semigroups etc. We focus on the case when = S name digraph, so obtained, as Semigroup Act (S, a, A). Some basic...
In this paper, we give the properties of tensor product and study the relationship between Hom functors and left (right) exact sequences in FS-Act. Also, we get some necessary conditions for equivalence of two fuzzy Sacts category. Moreover, we prove that two monoids S and T are Morita equivalent if and only if FS-Act and FT -Act are equivalent.
In 1997 the Dutch legislature passed a new Act on university governance. The basic principles of universities' internal authority structure were substantially changed with the objective to increase the quality of teaching and research, the decisiveness of university management and institutional autonomy. This new Act is usually referred to as the 'MUB': Modernization University Governance Organ...
