We analyze an explicit method for solving nonsmooth variational inequality problems, establishing convergence of the whole sequence, under paramonotonicity of the operator. Previous results on similar methods required much more demanding assumptions, like coerciveness of the operator.

We formulate the elliptic differential operator with infinite number of variables and investigate that it is well defined on infinite tensor product of spaces of square integrable functions. Under suitable conditions, we prove Garding's inequality for this operator.

In this paper, we study some complementary inequalities to Jensen's inequality for self-adjoint operators, unital positive linear mappings, and real valued twice differentiable functions. New improved complementary inequalities are presented by using an improvement of the Mond-Pečarić method. These results are applied to obtain some inequalities with quasi-arithmetic means.
