There is an increased interest in the development of high performance microwave shielding materials against electromagnetic pollution in recent years. Barium ferrite decorated reduced graphene oxide (BaFe12O19@RGO) nanocomposite was synthesized by a high energy ball milling technique and its electromagnetic properties were investigated in the frequency range of 12.4-18 GHz (Ku band). The result...

In recent years, microwave processing of metal/alloy powders have gained a considerable potential in the field of material synthesis. Microwave heating is recognized for its various advantages, such as: time and energy saving, very rapid heating rates, considerably reduced processing cycle time and temperature, fine microstructures and improved mechanical properties, better product performance,...

We characterize absorption in finite idempotent algebras by means of Jónsson absorption and cube term blockers. As an application we show that it is decidable whether a given subset is an absorbing subuniverse of an algebra given by the tables of its basic operations.

The article describes electromagnetic and microwave properties of the polymer composite with lithium spinel ferrite inclusion composition Li 0.33 Fe 2.29 Zn 0.21 Mn 0.17 O 4 in frequency range 100-7000 MHz. It is shown that samples a mass fraction 60, 80% have pronounced radio-absorbing properties, measured using reflection coefficient on metal plate (return losses). For ferrite, minimum return...
