Situs inversus is an uncommon anomaly with rare incidence. Some cases of situs inversus totalis have been described with different types of associations. Here we report a case of situs inversus with carcinoma of the gastric cardia.

We report a six year old male with mental retardation, postaxial polydactyly and syndactyly, atrichia congenita totalis, severe seborrhoeic dermatitis, recurrent staphylococcal skin sepsis, and Perthes' disease of the hip. His birth may have resulted from an incestuous mating.

A 41-year-old male with situs inversus totalis had paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. On electrophysiology study, the mechanism of the tachycardia was determined as slow/fast atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and slow pathway was successfully performed under fluoroscopic guidance.
