In this paper, we discuss convergence of the extrapolated iterative methods for linear systems with the coefficient matrices are singular H-matrices. And we present the sufficient and necessary conditions for convergence of the extrapolated iterative methods. Moreover, we apply the results to the GMAOR methods. Finally, we give one numerical example. Keywords—singular H-matrix, linear systems, ...

| This paper oers suucient conditions to prove global convergence of non{elitist evolutionary algorithms. If these conditions can be applied they yield bounds of the convergence rate as a by{product. This is demonstrated by an example that can be calculated exactly. KeyWords| global convergence, non{elitist evolutionary algorithm , martingale theory

A family of improved secant-like method is proposed in this paper. Further, the analysis of the convergence shows that this method has super-linear convergence. Efficiency are demonstrated by numerical experiments when the choice of α is correct. Keywords—Nonlinear equations, Secant method, Convergence order, Secant-like method.

In this paper we develop a coherent framework that integrates both traditional measures of -convergence and -convergence within a study of cross-country income dynamics. To do this we exploit the close links that exist between studies of income mobility and studies analysing the progressivity of the tax system. We also develop a welfare interpretation for the concept of -convergence, which d...

This paper deals with the analysis of regional income disparities of the net disposable income of households (in Euro per inhabitant) across the regions of Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Germany) during the period 2000-2013. The analysis deals with the 82 NUTS 2 (Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics) regions and is based on the concept of sigm...

abstract- efficient use of irrigation water for summer crops should be considered seriously due to rare occurrence of precipitation in summer. this research was focused on the assessment of water use efficiency for dominant crops of summer cropping pattern in the study area (i.e., maize and rice) via considering water productivity (wp) with different water management scenarios at farm level at ...
