Let $G$ be a finite group and $nu(G)$ denote the number of conjugacy classes of non-normal subgroups of $G$. In this paper, all nilpotent groups $G$ with $nu(G)=3$ are classified.
Right ternary near-rings (RTNR) are generalization of their binary counterpart and fuzzy soft sets are generalization of soft sets which are parameterized family of subsets of a universal set. In this paper fuzzy soft Nsubgroups, quasi-ideals and bi-ideals over a right ternary near-ring N are defined. The substructures N-subgroups, quasi-ideals and bi-ideals of an RTNR are characterized in term...
Let F be a family of subgroups of a group G = (G, ·) such that ⋃F = G. Then P = (F,≤) is a partially ordered set (with an order dual to ⊆) and let a mapping A: G −→ P be a P-(fuzzy) subgroup of a group G defined by (6). The theory of fuzzy-subgroups is known [2] but in this paper we will apply it to the theory of Riemann surfaces. Mbius transformations form a group M and we introduce a connecti...
an idea of fuzzy reexivity of felbin's type fuzzy normed linear spaces is introduced and its properties are studied. concept of fuzzy uniform normal structure is given and using the geometric properties of this concept xed point theorems are proved in fuzzy normed linear spaces.
The main goal of this paper is to give an explicit formula for the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite cyclic group. By using a similar method, some important steps in counting the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite elementary abelian p-group are also made. © 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. In this paper, we first characterize the convex $L$-subgroup of an $L$-ordered group by means of fourkinds of cut sets of an $L$-subset. Then we consider the homomorphic preimages and the product of convex $L$-subgroups.After that, we introduce an $L$-convex structure constructed by convex $L$-subgroups.Furthermore, the notion of the degree to which an $L$-subset of an $L$-ord...
In this paper a first step in classifying the fuzzy subgroups of a finite nonabelian group is made. We develop a general method to count the number of distinct fuzzy subgroups of such groups. Explicit formulas are obtained in the particular case of dihedral groups.
One of the most important problems of fuzzy group theory is to classify the fuzzy subgroups of a finite group. This topic has enjoyed a rapid development in the last few years. Several papers have treated the particular case of finite abelian groups. Thus, in [13] the number of distinct fuzzy subgroups of a finite cyclic group of square-free order is determined, while [14–16] and [28] deal with...
Another way to do this is to use individual elements. Take an element from {2, 6} and an element from {3, 7} and add them. Find the coset that contains the sum. That coset is the sum of the cosets. For example, if I use 6 from {2, 6} and 3 from {3, 7}, I get 6 + 3 = 1, which is in {1, 5}. Therefore, {2, 6}+ {3, 7} = {1, 5}. What happens if you choose different elements? Take 2 from {2, 6} and 7...
