A case of Klebsiella pneumoniae endophthalmitis metastasized from prostatitis is reported. A 58-year-old alcoholismic man with diabetic diathesis suffered from endophthalmitis which required enucleation of his left eye, when he interrupted the treatment of prostatitis. Metastatic bacterial endophthalmitis from urinary tract infection is rare.

We present the case of a 13-year-old girl with a right congenital esotropia who at the age of 6 months presented an anomaly of the optic disc and retinal vessels in the same eye. In the following year she developed Coats's disease, rubeosis iridis, and neovascular glaucoma that led to enucleation. Pathological examination confirmed the clinical diagnosis.

A case of neurofibromatosis is presented in a 3-year-old male with leucokoria in his left eye. Enucleation was performed, and on pathological examination the mass filling the globe proved to be retinoblastoma. We believe ours to be the first reported case of this rare association.
