The authors present a rare case of an inverted pseudohypopyon due to subretinal emulsified silicone oil in the macula of a patient who underwent pars plana vitrectomy surgery for repair of retinal detachment with proliferative vitreoretinopathy 1 year prior to presentation of this finding.
