Peutz-Jeghers syndrome was diagnosed in a 51-year-old woman presenting with iron deficiency anaemia. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy revealed several hamartomatous polyps in the stomach, duodenum and colon, which were removed.
