در پروژه ی حاضر، ابتدا کوانتوم دات های کادمیم سولفید پوشش یافته با ال-سیسئین (l-cys-cds qds) به روش هیدروترمال سنتز شد و مشخصات کوانتوم دات های سنتزی با استفاده از آنالیزهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (sem)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری (tem)، پراش اشعه ایکس (xrd)، طیف بینی فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه (ft-ir) و فتولومینسانس (pl) بررسی گردید. نتایج آنالیز الگوی xrd هیچ گونه پیک مربوط به ناخالصی نشان نداده است....
