abstract in this thesis at first we comput the determinant of hankel matrix with enteries a_k (x)=?_(m=0)^k??((2k+2-m)¦(k-m)) x^m ? by using a new operator, ? and by writing and solving differential equation of order two at points x=2 and x=-2 . also we show that this determinant under k-binomial transformation is invariant.

[1] Particle tracking algorithms are very useful methods to model conservative transport in surface and subsurface hydrological systems. Recently, a novel ad hoc particle-based method was proposed to account for multicomponent reactive transport by Benson and Meerschaert (2008). This one-dimensional particle method has been shown to match theoretical predictions, but, to date, there has been no...

This paper develops a two-level fourth-order scheme for solving time-fractional convection–diffusion–reaction equation with variable coefficients subjects to suitable initial and boundary conditions. The basis properties of the new approach are investigated both stability error estimates proposed numerical deeply analyzed in L∞(0,T;L2)-norm. theory indicates that method is unconditionally stabl...

The reaction-diffusion master equation (RDME) is a lattice stochastic reaction-diffusion model that has been used to study spatially distributed cellular processes. The RDME is often interpreted as an approximation to spatially continuous models in which molecules move by Brownian motion and react by one of several mechanisms when sufficiently close. In the limit that the lattice spacing approa...

This paper focuses on the low-dimensional representation of multivariate functions. We study a recursive POD representation, based upon the use of the power iterate algorithm to recursively expand the modes retained in the previous step. We obtain general error estimates for the truncated expansion, and prove that the recursive POD representation provides a quasi-optimal approximation in L2 nor...

The study of travelling waves or fronts has become an essential part of the mathematical analysis of nonlinear diffusion-convection-reaction processes. Whether or not a nonlinear second-order scalar reaction-convection-diffusion equation admits a travelling-wave solution can be determined by the study of a singular nonlinear integral equation. This article is devoted to demonstrating how this c...

It has been established that there is an inherent limit to the accuracy of the reaction-diffusion master equation. Specifically, there exists a fundamental lower bound on the mesh size, below which the accuracy deteriorates as the mesh is refined further. In this paper we extend the standard reaction-diffusion master equation to allow molecules occupying neighboring voxels to react, in contrast...

We study a multidimensional case of nonlinear reaction-diffusion system modeled by two parabolic equations with power nonlinearities. Such systems can be used to simulate the process propagation in space interacting distributed formations robots types. also describe processes diffusion reacting two-component continuous media. An original version reduction method is proposed, which reduces const...
