در این پایان نامه به سه مبحث تسهیم دانش ، قابلیت جذب دانش و بهبود کیفیت علمی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت علمی در سه دانشگاه اصفهان ، علوم پزشکی اصفهان و آزاد اسلامی واحد خوراسگان پرداخته شده است . نتیجه این پایان نامه نشان دهنده این است که تسهیم دانش زیربنایی برای استقرار قابلیت جذی دانش و هر دو آنها زیربنایی برای استقرار بهبود کیفیت علمی در دانشگاه هستند .
