مساله توپلتس نرمال (ntp) عبارت است از شناسایی و دسته بندی ماتریس هایی که همزمان توپلتس و نرمال باشند. اما مساله هنکل نرمال که مشکل تر از مساله توپلتس نرمال است، عبارت است از شناسایی و دسته بندی ماتریس هایی که همزمان هنکل و نرمال باشند. در این پایان نامه ما هر دو مساله را بطور کامل حل کرده و ماتریس های از این دو نوع را دسته بندی خواهیم کرد.
