Urethral metastases originating from the colon are extremely rare. We report a case of a 67-year-old man who presented with difficult urination and hematuria. Diagnostic cystoscopy showed an abnormal, exophytic lesion in his proximal penile urethra a bulbar urethra. His pathology was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma consistent with colon metastasis.

Isolated congenital urethrocutaneous fistula of the anterior urethra is an extremely rare anomaly in which, along with a normal urethra and meatus, a fistula is present. These cases usually present in the pediatric age group. To date, only one such case has been described in the adult population. We describe one such case in an adult and discuss the management of this uncommon anomaly.

Primary adenocarcinoma of the urethra is rarely reported. We report a case of a 47-year-old male with symptoms of urinary obstruction started 2 years before diagnosis. Video-assisted urethrocystoscopy revealed a papillary mass almost obstructing the entire lumen with bleeding. Pathology report was consistent with primary adenocarcinoma of the urethra.

A 47-year-old male was referred to Emergency Department of our hospital for acute urinary retention. Physical examination showed electrical cable with proximal part introduced into the urethra. Plain abdominal radiograph demonstrated a metallic object in the pelvis and the patient underwent an operation. We used suprapubic cystostomy approach, and the wire was removed from the bladder and urethra.
