the aim of this paper is to study the high order difference scheme for the solution of a fractional partial differential equation (pde) in the electroanalytical chemistry. the space fractional derivative is described in the riemann-liouville sense. in the proposed scheme we discretize the space derivative with a fourth-order compact scheme and use the grunwald- letnikov discretization of the ri...

The studies in the Chair of Inorganic Chemistry of the Institute Chemistry of the University of Tartu (ICUT) in period (20072012) have been directed by both getting new fundamental knowledge in inorganic chemistry and application the knowledge in solution of different practical problems of society. Traditionally the main study area of the Chair has been conductive polymers, more exactly electro...

Introduction:In this work, 153Sm-zoledronate (153Sm-ZLD) was studied using computational chemistry methods and prepared for possible use in bone pain palliation therapy. Methods: The Sm(ZLD)2.7H2O complex was synthesized and characterized in solid state using computational chemistry methods followed by 153...

Chemistry on-the-fly is an interesting concept, extensively studied in recent years due to its potential use for recognition, quantification and conversion of chemical species solution. In this context, chemistry...

In this study, the hydrogeochemical status of groundwater resources is evaluated using chemical analysis of 346 samples supplied from 10 springs. Based on Gibbs and van Wirdum diagrams, interaction with rock and sedimentary formations is the dominant process of controlling water chemistry. Based on the Chadha diagram and output of AquaChem program, the amount of alkali earth elements (Ca and Mg...

Soluble polymer-supported chemistry is a technology that allows the blending of the benefits of polymer-supported synthesis and solution-phase chemistry. Herein, we describe our recent efforts in this area targeted at exploring the scope of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as the matrix. Specifically we describe the use of PEG as a support for triphenyl phosphine and for the Stille reaction.
