In this paper, we investigate a fuzzy version of stability for the functional equation f(x+ 2y)− 2f(x+ y) + 2f(x− y)− f(x− 2y)− f(2y) + 4f(−y) = 0 in the sense of Mirmostafaee and Moslehian. Mathematics Subject Classification: 39B82, 39B52

We study the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of the functional equation f[x1,x2,x3]= h(x1+x2+x3). 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification. 39B22, 39B82.

The Hyers–Ulam–Rassias stability of the conditional quadratic functional equation of Pexider type f (x+y)+f (x−y) = 2g(x)+2h(y), x ⊥ y is proved where ⊥ is the orthogonality in the sense of Rätz.

We prove generalized Hyres-Ulam-Rassias stability of the cubic functional equation f(kx + y) + f(kx − y) = k[f(x + y) + f(x − y)] + 2(k − k)f(x) for all k ∈ N and the quartic functional equation f(kx + y) + f(kx − y) = k[f(x + y) + f(x − y)] + 2k(k − 1)f(x)− 2(k − 1)f(y) for all k ∈ N in non-Archimedean normed spaces.

SUMMARY: Structural equation models are well-developed statistical tools for multivariate data with latent variables. Recently, much attention has been given to developing structural equation models that account for nonlinear relationships between the endogenous latent variables, the covariates, and the exogenous latent variables. [Guo et al. (2012)], developed a semiparametric structural equat...

in the present article, a numerical method is proposed for the numerical solution of thekdv equation by using a new approach by combining cubic b-spline functions. in this paper we convert the kdv equation to system of two equations. the method is shown to be unconditionally stable using von-neumann technique. to test accuracy the error norms2l, ∞l are computed. three invariants of motion are p...

we develope a numerical method based on b-spline collocation method to solve linear klein-gordon equation. the proposed scheme is unconditionally stable. the results of numerical experiments have been compared with the exact solution to show the efficiency of the method computationally. easy and economical implementation is the strength of this approach.

Box 80203, Jeddah 21589, Saudi Arabia Abstract In this article, we propose to determine some stability results for the functional equation of cubic in random 2-normed spaces which seems to be a quite new and interesting idea. Also, we define the notion of continuity, approximate...

As a consequence, we show that the cubic m...
