Caloparyphus palaearcticus sp. n. is described from Russia and two localities in Mongolia and is the first representative of this genus in the Palaearctic and the only species found outside the New World. The morphological characters of the species are described and illustrated, and relationships to related species of Caloparyphus are discussed.

Previously only one species of the genus Ocydromia Meigen was recorded from China. Here a second species of the genus from China, Ocydromia shanxiensis sp. n., is reported. A key to the species of the genus from the Palaearctic and Oriental regions is presented.

THE FOLLOWING THREE SPECIES ARE DESCRIBED AS NEW TO SCIENCE: Chrysotimus dalongensissp. n., Chrysotimus huairouensissp. n., and Chrysotimus hubeiensissp. n., Chrysotimus apicicurvatus Yang, is recorded from Palaearctic China for the first time. A key to the Chinese species of the genus is presented.

Three new species of Spilomicrus Westwood from the East Palaearctic with occipital flange broad and notauli broad and deep posteriorly, S. notaulus sp. nov., S. nottoni sp. nov. and S. lubomasneri sp. nov., are described, illustrated and keyed. Variation of the character states, distribution and comparative diagnosis of each species are provided.

Material of the paederine genus Pseudolathra Casey, 1905 from the Chinese provinces of Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hunan, Guizhou, Guangxi and Hainan is examined. Six species are identified, one of which is described: P. glabra Peng & Li sp. n. (Guizhou: Mayanghe). The genus is now represented in the Oriental and eastern Palaearctic regions by 29 species.

Deutonura adriani sp. nov. is described from the region of Tizi-Ouzou (Algeria). The species is morphologically similar to D. deficiens deficiens Deharveng, 1979 from southwestern France, differing by not having De3 chaetae integrated into the dorso-external tubercle on abdominal tergites I and II. The genus Deutonura is re-diagnosed and a key to its Western Palaearctic species is provided.

The East Palaearctic genus Sibirocosa Marusik, Azarkina & Koponen, 2004 is surveyed and three species S. koponeni sp. n. (Maritime Province), S. nadolnyi sp. n. and S. trilikauskasi sp. n. (both from Khabarovsk Province) are described from the Russian Far East. Illustrations to all six species found in East Asia are provided.

A new species, Amphibulus melanarius Zong, Sun & Sheng, sp.n., belonging to the tribe Phygadeuontini of the subfamily Cryptinae (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae), collected from Beijing, China, is reported. A key to the species of the genus Amphibulus Kriechbaumer, 1893 known in the Oriental and Eastern Palaearctic Regions is provided.
