For the first time, this research reports the formation of nanoporous layers of metals on the surface of metal substrates by Raney method and their conversion to corresponding porous perovskite layers. The noble metals doped perovskites are used as catalytic converter for reducing automotive pollutants. The use of perovskite as a substrate for the noble metals can reduce the need for such metal...

The rare-earth nickelates possess a diverse set of collective phenomena including metal-to-insulator transitions, magnetic phase and upon chemical reduction, superconductivity. Here, we demonstrate epitaxial stabilization layered in the Ruddlesden-Popper form ${\mathrm{Nd}}_{n+1}{\mathrm{Ni}}_{n}{\mathrm{O}}_{3n+1}$ using molecular beam epitaxy. By optimizing stoichiometry parent perovskite ${\...

LaNiO3 and LaCoO3 perovskites synthesized by self-combustion were characterised studied in the ammonia decomposition reaction for obtaining hydrogen. Both fuel to metal nitrates molar ratio calcination temperature found be crucial synthesize self-combustion. Moreover, generating non-precursor species during synthesis small size two factors which significantly influenced catalytic activity. Henc...

High-quality and reproducible perovskite layer fabrication routes are essential for the implementation of efficient planar solar cells. Here, we introduce a sequential vapor-processing route based on physical vacuum evaporation of a PbCl2 layer followed by chemical reaction with methyl-ammonium iodide vapor. The demonstrated vapor-grown perovskite layers show compact, pinhole-free, and uniform ...

UNLABELLED This work presents a CH3NH3PbI3/PCBM organic solar cell. Organic PCBM film and CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite film are deposited on the PEDOT PSS/ITO glass substrate by the spin coating method. The performance of the organic solar cells was observed by changing the thickness of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite. The thickness of a perovskite film can affect the carrier diffusion length in a device that...

Organolead trihalide perovskite solar cells based upon the co-deposition of a combined Al2O3-perovskite layer at T < 110 °C are presented. We report an average PCE = 7.2% on a non-sintered Al2O3 scaffold in devices that have been manufactured from a perovskite precursor containing 5 wt% Al2O3 nanoparticles.

On the basis of the bond-valence model (BVM) and structure-map technology, the structural stability and formability of ABO(3)-type perovskite compounds were investigated in 376 ABO(3)-type compounds. A new criterion of structural stability for ABO(3)-type perovskite compounds has been established by the bond-valence calculated tolerance factors, which are in the range 0.822-1.139. All global in...
